PROTOTYPING

Designs are VALIDATED by manufacturing real working models.
During this phase, we establish the manufacturing processes and we validate and make BOM corrections.

VALUE ENGINEERING, INNOVATION & TESTING
In this part of the process, we thoroughly analyze the 3D Models, CAD designs, prototypes and the bill of materials and together as a committee we look for ways to make the product BETTER. Products are always tested for durability and ease of installation.
